TDS Desert Safari has become one of the premier off-road events in the country and the largest four wheel drive event on the west coast. In past years we have had over 1500 vehicles registered with approximately 20,000 in attendance.

This is a GREAT OPPORTUNITY as a vendor to meet your customers and get your products or services out to the 4 wheeling community.

2020 Sponsorship Opportunities

Increase exposure before the event to bring your business more visibility. Be sure to sign up early so you don’t miss out!

Get listed on website – Once you submit your application, we will request your logo and information based on your sponsorship level. Please be sure to send in applications early so we can get you up on the vendor list on our website.
Platinum Sponsor – Full image, bio, and link to your website
Diamond Sponsor – Logo and bio, and link to your website
All others – Logo listed (no link)

Add your logo to our Punch Card – For an additional $100 you will get your logo added to a punch card that will be handed out to registered participants only. This will get participants a special surprise once they turn in the completed ticket. The extra added bonus for you:
• We will be collecting participant contact information and get that to you to add to your marketing lists.
• The punch card will give extra time with the participants and a valuable opportunity to show them what products or services you have to offer them.

DEMOS – We wanted to coordinate onsite demonstrations, product talks, engaging education, etc. This is one of the rare opportunities to showcase your product in use. There is no better way to capture your audience then letting them see real life applications. Reach out to us to chat about ways to incorporate your products or brand into a demonstration!

Desert Safari Program

The program will be printed 10.75×12.5 and will not only be distributed to the 1500+ attendees at Safari, it will also be circulated at businesses and events prior to March. Be sure to sign up early to be included in this great marketing tool.

Trail Point Sponsor$250At every trail point have a captive audience of trail riders to show off your company. Must have some kind of give away. Water or snacks is preferred. You can also give away product just no glass.

All spaces are outdoors and located on a graded dirt lot (TDS will not supply tents).

  • Full space up to 75’long (with tailgate up) x 30’deep
  • Half space up to 50’long (with tailgate up) x 25’deep
  • Quarter space up to 20’long (with tailgate up) x 25’deep

Outside space will be determined by the donation level and the needs of the vendor. Please see specific sponsorship levels for space allocations.

No additional camping will be allowed inside the vendor area.
NO EXCEPTIONS !!!!

Only vendor vehicles will be allowed inside the vendor area, no tow rigs will be allowed to park inside the vendor area. If a vehicle is a must, prior arrangements must be made!

Sorry, no apparel vendors allowed!

February 22, 2020 – All payments need to be received (this is 10 days after the application deadline)
